3. Charges and Costs
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Rugged Ironworx does not charge you directly for sending or receiving SMS messages, but you are responsible for any standard text messaging fees that your mobile carrier may impose.

4. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us. Once you opt out, we will stop sending SMS messages to your number unless you re-subscribe or you have another active account or subscription with us.

5. How to Get Help

6. Your Responsibilities

8. Consent to Automated Messaging

These SMS Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Lafayette, LA.
